For one of our customers located in **Brussels**, we are looking for a **Medior Talent Acquisition Specialist **(FL)
- Start : 12-03-23 ;
- Brussels ;
- 12 months ;
- Full Time.

**Description**:
**What is the challenge?**
- You lead and manage the recruitment & selection process from A to Z ;
- You identify and source appropriate talents for current open positions within the organization using job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other channels ;
- You work closely with the HR Business Partners ;
- You build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling ;

**Requirements**:
**Who are you?**
- You have minimum two years’ experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist ;
- A recruitment experience with **technical profiles is an asset** ;
- You speak **Dutch **and **French ;**:

- You are an excellent communicator and strong team player ;
- You have good reporting skills ;
- You are capable to work autonomously.
