Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a **Marketing Communication Officer B2B**.

**Functie**:
As Marketing Communication Officer B2B you will (co)lead the development, implementation, evaluation and optimization of our marketing (multi-channel) communication towards your key customers (B2B - e.g. HR employees from companies). You will closely collaborate with the business line ‘B2B and with the other members of the marketing team. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Marketing.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop the marketing (multi-channel) communication strategy approach for your business line (B2B) focussing on lead gen and conversion for AMS.
- Fuel marketing automation, increase (qualified) lead gen and lead conversion.
- Lead the execution of marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns (social media, mailing, events, podcasts, newsletters,) from start to delivery (including own ‘campaign’ / ‘content’ creation and implementation for B2B audience)
- Develop ideas and suggest improvements on advertising and program marketing
- Work with external marketing suppliers, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Participate in events and provide sales support
- Measure effectiveness of the current marketing communication initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Co-Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for new campaign development and/or campaign optimisation
- Support the gathering and analysis of customer and market insights, customer trends, competitors, products, marketing best practices to build successful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Define and manage the yearly marketing comms budget for your business lines (B2B) and align with your business line lead and marketing head.
- Work closely together with your business line lead and colleagues to assure marketing comms plan alignment and in-time delivery of required (expert) content

**Profiel**:

- You have 5+ years relevant marketing experience in B2B (inbound) marketing;
- You possess knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
- You have good organizational abilities and a hands-on mentality which you have put to use in prior project management;
- You are data
- and result-driven and have an analytical mindset;
- You are customer oriented with an interest in B2B;
- You easily interact with diverse stakeholders;
- You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy;
- You have knowledge of marketing tools and other systems such as OneDrive, Brightspace, Continia, MS office (experience with Hubspot is a plus);
- You have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
