MARKETING-COMMUNICATION

**BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL****:
Ready for a voyage into the world of communication & logistics? As a Communication Specialist at MPL, you'll be the creative compass guiding our messaging to new horizons.

Together with our colleague, Wietse Aerden (MarCom Manager), you’ll work end to end on various international marketing and communication projects, such as rolling out new internal platforms, employer branding, events, and lead generation. During these projects, you’ll be in contact with colleagues from almost 30 nationalities across the globe, all at different levels. You'll chart the course with detailed project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively. And of course, you'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our projects sail seamlessly.

Next, channel management will be one of your main pursuits, ensuring our internal and external communication channels are always up to date. You'll provide support for communication tools and platforms, ensuring they're ready for use.

In addition you’ll be steering our social media platforms with content to foster engagement. Dive deep into social media discussions, trends, and feedback, responding with agility. Plus, analyze social media metrics to adjust our strategies and keep us sailing towards success. Finally, you jump into the action with hands-on tasks such as events, physical marketing campaigns and sponsorships. Every day is different

**KNOWLEDGE IS POWER**:
We're on the lookout for someone with just the right mix of skills, enthusiasm, experience, and attitude. Previous experience in marketing or communication is a big plus, especially if you like throwing epic office parties. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are essential, with a precision that ensures every message hits the mark. Familiarity with communication tools (such as HubSpot), platforms, and social media management tools will give you an edge. Next to that you should have strong organizational and time-management skills because you'll be juggling tasks like a circus performer. Adaptability and flexibility are key in our fast-paced environment, so you should thrive in dynamic settings.
