Je onderhoudt de contacten met de leveranciers en klanten.
- Je maakt en geeft opleidingen.
- Je ondersteunt de verkoop en stelt telefonisch technische oplossingen voor.
- Je verleent telefonisch technische bijstand.
- Je doet marktstudies over onze producten.
- Je onderhandelt met de leveranciers over prijsafspraken en afname hoeveelheden
- Je maakt artikelnummers aan van nieuwe producten
- Je maakt de technische documentatie op en houdt deze up-to-date.
- Je stelt referentieprojecten op.
- Je helpt klanten aan de afhaalbalie bij een solide technische selectie of technisch probleem.
- Je doet ook werfbezoeken ter ondersteuning van onze buitendienst
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je hebt minimum een Bachelor Electro-Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Het MS-Office pakket is kinderspel voor jou.
- Je kan functioneren in team maar dit met de nodige zelfstandigheid
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatie vaardig en flexibel ingesteld.
- Je bent hands-on en schrikt niet af om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
- Kennis of ervaring in de branche van montagematerialen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
