**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Product Manager binnen de afdeling Product Portfolio HC/SNB-PP ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategie en levenscyclus van je productcategorieën in België en Nederland. Je vertaalt markt
- en klantbehoeften naar een product roadmap en werkt nauw samen met Marketing, Sales, Business Units en International Product Management.

**Jouw rol & verantwoordelijkheden**
- Analyseren van markttrends en klantbehoeften om productstrategieën te bepalen.
- Leiden van productintroducties en zorgen voor een succesvolle marktimplementatie.
- Optimaliseren van prijsstelling en verkoopvoorwaarden in lijn met commerciële doelstellingen.
- Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders over specificaties, prijzen en introducties.
- Actueel houden van productdocumentatie en technische gegevens.

Met jouw expertise en strategische aanpak zorg je voor een succesvol en toekomstgericht productportfolio.

**Functie-eisen**:

- Bachelordiploma of masterdiploma in een commerciële of technische richting (bv. Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfsmanagement, Industriële Wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige opleiding).
- Ervaring in productmarketing, prijsbeheer en productmanagement, bij voorkeur van technische producten.
- Kennis van moderne digitale en multimediale kanalen voor productpromotie.
- Pluspunt: ervaring in de HVAC-sector.
- Vaardig in MS Office en SAP.
- Proactieve teamspeler met sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
- Stressbestendig en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en Duits is een troef.
- Bereidheid om occasioneel te reizen.
