We are continuously further developing our **industry-leading SaaS solution Binocs.** Defining and maintaining course towards the product North Star, while managing the high expectations of enterprise customers, and keeping internal stakeholders happy is not an easy feat. But if the previous sentence didn’t scare you, you might be the **product owner **that we are looking for. You will work in a team of in total 3 product owners.

**Your role***:

- Product discovery
- With your finger on the pulse of the market, the customers, competitors, and the Binocs team, you are uniquely positioned to discover and develop new opportunities and new features for Binocs. You are a true business-oriented and customer-oriented product owner.
- You deep dive into the daily tasks and challenges faced by our users, becoming a real advocate of their needs.
- You use quantitative and qualitative techniques to drive and guide product decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Product delivery
- As a product owner, you work in cross-functional teams with developers and quality assurance experts.
- Furthermore, you are in close contact with our team of implementation consultants and customer success managers who provide valuable insights into the usage of Binocs by our customers.
- You define user stories, technical requirements, and data models/flows and prioritize all of these elements during the sprints for seamless product delivery.
- Communication
- You master the art of stakeholder management, ensuring clear and transparent communication with all relevant parties.
- You serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating smooth collaboration and understanding.

**Your profile**:
Must have:

- You have at least about 3 years of experience
- Ideally tangible product management experience in a digital product company (preferably B2B SaaS).
- Experience and interest in both product discovery and delivery.
- No need to be a pharma or lab expert, the eagerness and interest to deep-dive in this sector and what keeps our users awake is essential.
- Handle complex data models and flows.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in the pharma or labs sector.
- Technical knowledge to discuss data models etc. with the engineering team.
- Out-of-the-box thinker.
