**Purpose of Job**:
As a financial and controlling specialist, you will monitor the variable costs of the company by joining the controlling team within the finance department.

**Main Responsibilities/Tasks**:
**Management reporting**:

- Prepare KIA Belgium management reports (PL closing report, PL forecast, Budget,)
- Prepare all report for the review and approval of the fleet incentive (special deals - including BB NBB)
- Provide reporting / audit recommendation for DM budget (e.g. Kulanz / Customer Care / Warranty overtime)

**Controlling**:

- Incentive controlling analysis (incl. financial recommendation on risk opportunity - provision)
- Gross profit controlling analysis (incl. financial recommendation on risk opportunity - model mix impact - Price Structure - FoB price control)
- Used Car Business controlling
- Warranty controlling analysis (clear overview / presentation on risk opportunities)
- PA pricing analysis approval process
- Fixed Asset monitoring

**Others**:

- Backup for the Financial Planning Analysis Manager
- Support the sales marketing team to improve process control
- Ad-hoc analysis reporting
- Support CFO Head of Finance on special projects
