Jeune entreprise wallonne et innovante, COPAINS.GROUP produit et distribue des produits de boulangerie et de pâtisserie de qualité. Avec ses deux sites de production basés à Strépy et Châtelineau (Hainaut), la société peut compter sur une équipe d’une centaine de passionnés.

Dans le cadre du fort développement de COPAINS.GROUP et afin de soutenir l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la politique QHSE de l’entreprise, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **QHSE Manager (H/F).**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**

En tant que « QHSE Manager », vous êtes responsable de la qualité, de l’hygiène, de la sécurité et de l’environnement pour les deux sites de production de Copains.Group. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les Site Operations Managers et avec Jonathan, Directeur des opérations.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Assurer la maitrise de la sécurité alimentaire pour Copains.Group et ses 2 sites de production.
- Mettre en place un système de gestion de la qualité des produits répondant aux spécifications réglementaires des normes et certifications en vigueur (HACCP, IFS) ;
- Implémenter une véritable culture qualité, notamment par la formation et la sensibilisation du personnel sur les bonnes pratiques d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire ;
- Implémenter un processus de gestion des plaintes et en faire le suivi ;
- Gérer les audits d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire internes et externes, ainsi que les inspections réglementaires.
- Être en charge de la sécurité des travailleurs au sein des deux sites de production en collaboration avec les Site Operations Manager
- Implémenter une culture environnementale, par la communication et la coordination d’un plan d’action, les bonnes pratiques et les enjeux environnementaux ;
**PROFIL**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master dans le domaine de la qualité, sécurité, environnement ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
- Vous disposez à mínima de 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine de la qualité ainsi qu’une expérience dans le secteur agro-alimentaire ou normé.
- Vous êtes familier(e) avec les certifications (IFS, etc.).
- La communication est l’une de vos forces ainsi que l’empathie et le souci du détail.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) solution, autonome et rigoureux/se.
- Vous disposez d’un excellent niveau en français et de bonnes connaissances écrites en anglais.
- Une certification de conseiller en prévention représente un véritable atout.
