**Job Description**:
He / She will integrate the BESIX Group Corporate QHSE Department and will report to the Corporate QHSE Director.

The role will include all tasks associated with Company QHSE training strategic development and activities. This includes but not limited to:

- Integrating QHSE training programs within the Company training strategies and requirements.
- Develop and tailor QHSE training modules compliant with internal, and external (client and regulatory) requirements.
- Deliver QHSE training programs to targeted audiences (Management level, QHSE trainers, workers, hired personnel, subcontractors).
- Organize, coordinate and follow-up the QHSE trainings and (internal and external) QHSE trainers in collaboration with our BESIX Academy.

Additionally the QHSE Training and Communication Manager will be responsible for the development and follow-up of an internal and external QHSE communication / advertisement / awareness program. This will be carried out in coordination with the Company Communication Department.

**Qualifications**:

- In possession of a formal degree in occupational health and safety environmental fields
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QHSE roles ideally within an international context including Europe within the construction industry.
- Has some proven track of experience of building up (Q)HSE training programs, campaigns, events including for large, scaled organizations.
- Fluent in French, Dutch & English, any other language is a plus
- Being conversant with international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, VCA and legal HSE regulations (EU as a minimum).
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
