**Description**:
The Marketing & Communications Chapter is a team of Marketing & communications managers responsible to initiate, coordinate, validate and evaluate Marketing & Communications activities and initiatives. The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible, in close collaboration with other cluster/squad experts, for the development, implementation and quality assurance of marketing and/or communication strategies (internal and external)The Coach together with the Chapter Lead Marketing & Communications ensures consistency and excellence in Marketing & Communications management across multiple squads.

This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as a deep understanding of (direct) marketing and communications principles.

Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure Marketing & Communications managers have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.

**This includes**:

- Align on clear goals and expectations for Marketing & Communications managers together with the 2 Chapter Leads.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement within the team Expertise.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Identify training and development needs and securing opportunities for growth and skill enhancement
- Report to Chapter Leads Marketing & Communications on level of maturity and performance management.

Enable Marketing & Communications managers to grow both in campaigning & communication expertise (Write qualitative briefings, understand customer needs, market context, USPs, content creation, create effective marketing mixes, setting up and tracking KPIs, as well as optimizing campaigns based on performance data ) and bridge with the transversal teams to grow knowledge on specific topics (internal communication/paid media/CRM (data-driven and event-driven reflection)/personalization/omnichannel orchestration/retargeting/ analytical mindset/test&learn/customer journey reflection/ ).Ensures consistency in the way of working and output across different squads, for Marketing & Communications management roles.Large team of (+20) Marketing & Communications Managers

**Education**:

- Master's degree in Marketing and/or Communications

You have at least **5 years**of relevant experience.**Technical experience Mandatory**:

- Experience in **marketing and communication**:

- Experience with data analysis and metrics, including campaign measurement and evaluation
- Experience and knowledge of digital & direct marketing, marketing automation, branding,
- Knowledge of best practices & trends in Marketing & Communications
- Experience in group facilitation, skills learning, coaching, and team dynamics
- Very good knowledge of communication techniques & tools

**Technical experience Preferable**:

- Experience working in a similar role, such as a Marketing Manager or Communications Manager

**Business Experience Mandatory**:

- Experience in marketing and communication for at least 5 years
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies
- Experience in driving change in complex setting with minimum guidance (autonomous)

**Business Experience Preferable**
- Has worked or is familiar with working within an agile organization
- Team lead or People management skills
