We do a lot, but with you as Order management advisor, maybe we can do even more? **Your duties as Order management advisor** You mainly deal with administrative tasks. For example, you follow up orders closely. You are the first and last link in the ordering process. This includes... - Creating and managing customer files: you ensure that our Telenet Business products can be found in various systems and you are responsible for the order to bill process. - You check order forms before shipment and return them to the requestor if necessary. This is because we work according to the First Time Right principle. - You communicate smoothly and clearly with internal and external partners and ensure they get what they order. You answer their questions and keep them informed - sympathetically and clearly - of changes to their orders. - We work with KPIs to keep our processing and delivery times as short as possible... and our service supreme. This is also how we avoid loss of revenue: you and your colleagues from Order Management Team regularly track any system errors, lost orders and congestions in the billing flow with handy tools. - Finally, you keep your expertise up-to-date: you regularly check common procedures, products and systems, and formulate proposals for improvement of workflows and processes.
