Mission

Strengthen compliance and governance within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) perimeter by drafting and structuring all policies, procedures, and processes related to access to nuclear information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and maintain up-to-date IAM documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines).
- Ensure consistency and alignment of documents with regulatory requirements (NGMS - Nuclear Generation Management System, NIS2, Income, ISO 27001, internal/external audits,...).
- Translate technical practices into clear and understandable documentation for different stakeholders: ExCom, management, IT operations.
- Collaborate with the IAM team and internal auditors.
- Contribute to the establishment of IAM governance and role-based access control models.
- Guarantee traceability and audit readiness of IAM processes.
- Support knowledge transfer and team continuity (potentially preparing for succession of senior staff).

Profile
- Proven experience in Technical Writing / Documentation in IAM / IT Security contexts.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, ISO 27001, NIS2, and IMAP methodology.
- Ability to structure and simplify information for multiple audiences.
- Languages: fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team player and user-oriented.
