Explain technical information in a simple language
- Write technical documentation about new products
- **Write communications to the end-users**:

- Write and study drawings, specifications, mock-ups and user guides
- Write technical standard operating procedures
- Write service design packages documents
- Write and publish eLearning
- Write and update the user guides
- Meet with customer representatives to establish technical writing specifications
- Implement a communication and technical writing standard approach
- Submit document for feedback and approval
- Ensure documents are up to date and in the correct state
- Adjust document as necessary and proofread grammar and spelling
- Update and revise the document development lifecycle DDLC

**Requirements**:

- 5 year experience in communication
- 3 year experience in technical writing of knowledge articles, software documentation, end user communications, standard operating procedures, Service Design packages and Service offering or service catalogue documents.
- Excellent written **English and French skills**
- Ability to translate high technical information into and easily understandable user friendly information
- Ability to **rework and revise end-user supporting documentation and communications**
- Ability to select the final and most adequate communication or technical writing format (video, online pages, HTML, word )
- Ability to standardize the technical writing across all the platforms and media
- Ability to create and prepare trainings in eLearning platforms
- Align and define the writing styles with the working environment
- Excellent knowledge about the technical writing, design, plagiarism and dictionary tools
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent ability to listen and collect feedbacks
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent priority-management skills
- Excellent collaborative and cooperative management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Desired qualifications**:

- Knowledge of/or experience in ITIL environment.
- Knowledge of/or experience in Agile
- Knowledge of /or experience in Atlassian confluence (wikis)
- Knowledge of/or experience in online SharePoint
- Knowledge of/or experience in HTML/CSS coding

Working Conditions:

- Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 08h00 and 18h00 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.
