Description**
- You collect data at the opening of a claim, you dissect the claim, if necessary you call upon an independent claim expert to collect the data in the field in order to draw up an accurate and complete file in which the relevant information regarding risk and coverage, liability, extent and cause of the damage is bundled in an orderly manner and all this in a paperless environment;
- You dig into the damage files and analyze them, taking into account the policy conditions, the existing legislation and case law, the inspection reports, our guidelines and volmatchen in order to be able to make a decision in consultation whether or not to charge the damage, and thereby realistically estimate the damage costs and damage reserve;
- You follow up the progress and correctness of the management in order to settle a file definitively as soon and correctly as possible;
- You provide administrative support for local and international policies;
- You will carry out well-defined and permanent tasks related to claims, such as completing and completing databases in order to provide them with orderly information and data;
- Answering customer questions in writing or by phone or referring them to the most appropriate colleague when necessary.

- You are a motivated team player, highly communicative and meticulous;
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
- You can look back on several years of experience in claims management Liability and/or Property;
