We are looking for an **IVVQ Manager**to lead system integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities across innovative, high-impact projects. In this role, you will oversee the full testing lifecycle ensuring that all functional, performance, and regulatory standards are met. You will collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and clients to guide system validation efforts from early design to final delivery.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer with **experience in testing and project management**, looking to step into a leadership role in a technical and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and manage IVVQ strategies in alignment with project goals, timelines, and industry standards;
- Coordinate test planning and execution (functional, performance, normative/compliance);
- Supervise system integration activities and ensure readiness for formal qualification phases;
- Address EMC/IMC testing requirements and ensure full compliance with regulatory norms;
- Lead testing activities in lab environments, overseeing setup, procedures, and reporting;
- Drive collaboration between multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders;
- Track testing progress, manage risks, and report on KPIs to internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure all documentation (test plans, test procedures, reports) is complete and audit-ready;Act as a technical reference and provide guidance on best practices in system testing and integration.

**Profile**
- Engineering degree (Master’s preferred) in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in system testing, validation, and/or integration;
- Proven experience in managing IVVQ processes and working closely with project managers;
- Strong knowledge of EMC/IMC requirements and lab testing protocols;
- Familiarity with performance benchmarking and compliance testing frameworks;
- Solid understanding of system architecture and lifecycle management;
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across technical and non-technical teams;
- Fluent in **English and French**(both written and spoken);
