Position Overview Reporting to the Software Director, you perform software and hardware integration activities at the system, software and component levels. Role Activities Define strategy for software and hardware integration activities. Write automated integration test campaigns. Maintain integration platforms and tools. Propose new integration technologies to be used and deployed. Act as a counterpart for the development team to help the maturity of software. Actively participate in design and prototyping sessions. Qualifications Master degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. 3+ years experience delivering projects with software/hardware interactions, with first experience in the field. Familiar with network protocols. Familiar with hardware architectures and related techniques (CPU, real‑time systems, configuration, etc.). Familiar with requirements for developing critical software products, ideally in railway, and have ideally participated in such development. Hacker at heart – comfortable navigating any codebase. Enjoy hands‑on work and value competence above all. Team player, open to discussion, and ready to admit a teammate’s better idea. Fluency in French and English required; knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
