Staat u graag mensen bij via de telefoon wanneer ze hulp nodig hebben? Als Medical customer advisor kan u dat zeker

U helpt mensen verder in hun weg naar noodzakelijke hulp voor hun gezondheid. U geeft advies over de verschillende mogelijkheden die de klanten hebben op vlak van medische bijstand.

Enkele takan in jouw takenpakket zijn:

- Dossierbehandeling en beheersing
- Beantwoordt ondersteuningsverzoeken die via verschillende communicatiekanalen (oproepen, chats, applicaties...) binnenkomen.
- Behandelt verzoeken om ondersteuning van klanten met professionaliteit, empathie en respect.
- Vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen met klanten.
- Analyseert de vraag en begrijpt de behoeften van de klanten door middel van een context analyse.
- Bepaalt en levert de ondersteuningsoplossing: digitale gezondheidsdiensten( online arts, psycholoog, ), hospitalisatie
- of bijstandsverzekering.
- Actieve samenwerking met de CCA Technical & Medical Experts en het hele Operations team

**Profiel**
- U bent van nature **klantgerichtheid** waardoor u goed kan luisteren en communiceren met de klant.
- U bent netjes in uw organisatie, kan makkelijk beslissingen maken en kan nauwkeurig de juiste gevolgen linken met specifieke problemen.
- U heeft een **luisterend oor** en kan deze altijd aanbieden aan onze klanten. Zo kan u samen de juiste oplossing selecteren voor het probleem.
- U heeft ene goed inlevingsvermogen en kan makkelijk de noden van andere inbeelden.
- U bent **drietalig**( FR-NL-ENG), zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Dossierkennis en -beheer zijn nodig voor een juiste werking binnen het bedrijf.
- U kan wanneer het moet een goed debat neerzetten met de klant over mogelijkse terugbetalingen.
