For our Internal Audit & Risk department at our office in Brussels (near to Central Station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for a **Corporate Internal Audit Manager** (M/F/x).

**purpose***:
As a Corporate Internal Audit Manager, you will manage the audit plans of the different Fluxys affiliates and play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing our business processes across various functions on an international scale. This position will put you in contact with different management levels, allowing you to build valuable relationships within the organisation.

**Your**
**responsibilities***:

- Develop, monitor and report on the Fluxys affiliates’ audit plans
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on internal controls, auditable risks and remediation plans
- Drive execution of the audit plan by working with internal stakeholders
- Perform audits and report on results and recommendations
- Lead and drive the digital strategy for internal audit & control by working with internal (IT and business) and external experts
- Act as leader in audit & risk, understand the current and future challenges facing Fluxys affiliates and translate them into an audit plan
- Lead internal auditors and ensure the achievement of audit objectives through coaching & mentoring
- Support communication to the Audit Committee
- Interact with the external auditors to ensure coherent and aligned reporting

- A master’s degree
- Between 7 and 15 years of audit experience in the Big 4, the energy & utilities sector, an industrial company or an international environment
- Ability to work transversally across different disciplines and teams
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics
- Presentation skills, with experience working at executive level
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally
- Practical and innovative leader with a track record in translating risks into action plans and results
- Open to changes, other people's ideas and individual differences
- Excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch and a willingness to improve either language
