Our colleagues in the **European Sales team** are looking for a new** International Account Manager**.

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
In this role, you will recommend the international strategy for each assigned Int’l customer (integrated customers or buying alliances), negotiate international contracts for the benefit of Kellogg, liaise with the assigned Global Multi-National Customers (GMNC) to secure execution of agreed counterparts and support each country in implementation of international and local plans.
- Recommend and implement with respect to strategies for each assigned GMNC for all relevant markets taking into account input from concerned Countries (Sales Managers/Sales Directors/Country GM's)
- Recommend and Implement the Global and European strategy and business plans (including JBP and scorecarding), contributing to the development of country business plans for each assigned GMNC to drive mutual growth in sales and profits (recommend and implement value creation initiatives including supply chain)
- Lead International negotiations for each assigned Global/International customers, drive compliance towards our Key Business principles and secure implementation of agreed counterparts and track performance through scorecards to secure positive ROI for Kellogg
- Execute Strategy set by the European Director in liaising with the assigned GMNC’s as the Company’s primary contact, developing a collaborative relationship with the key global, regional and local functional executives of the customers.
- Identify issues and recommend actions and solutions based on continuous monitoring and analysis of trade terms and pricing for each assigned GMNC’s in Europe
- Support country sales on an ongoing basis through the leveraging of best practices, as set by European Director, the transfer of knowledge and experience and provide assistance on an ad hoc basis for specific issues and opportunities
- Contribute to shaping the Company’s future GMNC business through ongoing customer interaction, benchmarking, etc, providing insight for the development of the Company’s long term plans
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**:

- Strong leadership, negotiation and influencing skills. Analytical, synthesizing, innovative
- Team player, self-directed, knowledge of cross-functional issues
- Requires experience of at least National Key Account Management. Supply Chain and International experiences are a plus
- Strong sense of customer focus and service orientation (external & internal)
- Fluency in French and English is a Must; Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch are a plus
