The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Product Stewardship Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- Submitting Poison Center Notifications (PCN) and Classification and Labeling Notifications (C&L) to European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) for products placed on the market in the EU.
- Managing PCN and C&L activities for 3M's EU subsidiaries to ensure compliance across EU countries.
- Submitting hazard and safe use information for mixtures and CLP classification information for substances in the EU market.
- Frequent collaboration with EU located as well as international Product Stewardship colleague’s by requesting information and/or informing them upon the status of requests.
- Following and updating internal procedures, tracking and maintaining dashboards and participating in other hazard communication related activities.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Strong administrative skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn and navigate through new systems. (e.g. ECHA REACH-IT and ECHA’s submission portal).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Degree from an accredited institution and a strong interest in Product Stewardship
- Proficient in reading and writing in English
