Voor een functie in Brussel (en regelmatige contacten met de vestigingen in België en Luxemburg) is EQUANS op zoek naar een Hoofd Interne Controle.

**In deze functie ben je belast met de volgende activiteiten**:
je definieert het interne controlesysteem rekening houdend met de specifieke kenmerken van EQUANS, het toepassingsgebied (entiteiten en processen) en de roadmap van de MBU op het vlak van interne controle

je ziet toe op de implementatie van de IC binnen de bedrijfseenheden van de MBU/BU en leidt de algemene evaluatie van de controleomgeving, en je vergroot de IC-maturiteit

je ziet toe op de voortgang van de actieplannen die zijn opgesteld ter verbetering van de interne controle om ervoor te zorgen dat de geïdentificeerde tekortkomingen worden aangepakt

je consolideert, analyseert en legt de IC-resultaten voor aan het MBU/BU management en aan de externe auditors

je stelt de jaarlijkse BU-verklaring op, met de goedkeuring van de BU-entiteiten

je coördineert het netwerk van IC-coördinatoren binnen EQUANS en wisselt beste praktijken uit (ondersteuning van het management voor de selectie en aanstelling van de ICC, opleiding, toepassing van instrumenten en methoden)

je zorgt voor samenhang tussen de IC-activiteiten en andere benaderingen van procesverbetering (prestaties, ERM)

**Jouw vaardigheden en kennis**:
je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma in bedrijfsbeheer (financiën, economie of ingenieurswetenschappen) met ervaring in financiën, audit of interne controle

kennis van de dienstensector is een pluspunt

kennis van bedrijfskwaliteit/prestatiebenaderingen is een pluspunt (procesgeoriënteerd)

je bent bedreven in het gebruik van MS Office

je kunt autonoom werken en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden

analytisch denken en prioriteiten stellen zijn je drijfveer

**je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden**: je kunt operationele mensen overtuigen

je spreekt Frans en Nederlands. Engels en andere talen zijn een voordeel
