Head of Nexialog Belgium - Banking/Insurance Consulting M/FMelior Finance has an exciting partnership with Nexialog Consulting to find their Head of Belgium.Founded in 2006, Nexialog Consulting has become one of the leading consulting firms specializing in banking and insurance, employing around 200 employees in their Paris offices.Nexialog Consulting supports its clients through seven business lines:Risk ActuarialCredit Risk ModellingCredit Risk Project ManagementFinancial Markets & InvestmentFinancial Control & ComplianceDataSustainable FinanceAs part of their strong growth and the development of their international activities, they are looking to recruit a Head of Nexialog Belgium to launch their first international branch in Brussels.Your Responsibilities:As Head of Nexialog Belgium, your main responsibility will be to develop the Nexialog activities in Belgium, reporting directly to the Executive Committee of Nexialog Consulting. Your responsibilities will include:1) Business Development:Developing a commercial strategy to establish a new business in synergy with Nexialog Consulting’s Commercial Division and management teams: client prospecting, development and retention of the client network, identifying client needs, and managing the full sales cycle.Building the consulting teams for the subsidiary and collaborating closely with Nexialog Consulting’s recruitment team.Defining the target organization of the subsidiary and setting team objectives.Providing monthly reporting on commercial and financial performance to the Executive Committee and managing your team’s staffing.Managing the budget allocated for business development.Identifying and leading all relevant eminence-building activities to promote your offerings.2) Client Engagement:Overseeing and supporting consultants on their assignments.Assisting clients with implementing regulatory projects (Basel, IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II) in Banking or Insurance.Supporting clients with IT transformation and organizational projects.Your Profile :You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business engineering or similarYou have at least 10 years of progressive experience in banking and/or insurance, gained within a consulting firm or internallyYou have an entrepreneurial mindsetYou have developed an extensive network in banking/insurance in BelgiumYou are personable, methodical, and have strong interpersonal skillsWhy Join Nexialog?A human-sized firm with values of kindness, boldness, and transparencyA flat and close management structure for personalized support for each employeeA company committed to CSR (Ecovadis Label, Global Compact Label, CSR missions)A firm recognized for employee well-being (social barometer, remote work policy, performance bonuses, profit-sharing bonuses)A vibrant internal community (afterwork events, team building, kick-offs, internal and external training)
