We are looking for the Head of B2B Digital Car Trading Operations to drive and contribute to the start-up and growth of our C2B
- B2B trading and auction solutions in Belgium.
As the Head of B2B Operations, you will have operational responsibility for delivering B2B’s solutions and services to our customers and you will be playing a key role for B2B success.
You will be working in team with AutoScout24 Head of Sales and Head of Sales Support to build B2B business in Belgium.
Your mission will be to lead, build and scale an operational B2B team supporting the business on the ground, including
- Field Customer Managers (responsible for on-site training and customer success),
- Digital Activation specialists (responsible for digital customer onboarding),
- and Auction and Guaranteed Price specialists (responsible for operating the local auction and pricing activities).
**While aligning and working in team with the AutoScout24**:
- Customer Care specialist (responsible for daily customer care)
- Sales Team (responsible to sell B2B Products and services)
You will report to the B2B’s Regional Director and will be under the coordination of company CEO. You will work daily in the B2B Belgium management team.
Let's dive into your key responsibilities
- Implement and operate a scalable operational process from customer onboarding and activation, to auction performance and customer success
- Lead partnership scouting and negotiation with local providers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through strong value creation and excellent service
- Become part of our B2B European leadership team
- Work closely with B2B Regional Director to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
- Support the sales team in preparing customer proposals and growing customer relations
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
The need-to-have skills
We’re looking for an experienced entrepreneurial individual who thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales and operations experience to the next level, furthermore you should have:
- Automotive experience in the B2B auctioning or trading business
- Experience with building and leading winning customer success and operations teams
- Strong in-person, verbal and written communication skills
- Love data and data drive decision making
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent
- Fluent in Flemish, French and English
