**Robert Half est à la recherche, pour l'un de ses clients de la région de Waterloo, d'un Customer Service Officer Français / Néerlandais (h/f/x) pour une mission intérim en vue de long terme.**

Notre client est une entreprise dynamique située à Waterloo, active dans le secteur de la production et distribution. Connue pour son environnement de travail convivial et sa culture orientée satisfaction client, cette société offre une opportunité unique d'intégrer une équipe motivée et engagée.

**Votre fonction en tant que Customer Service Officer Français / Néerlandais est la suivante**:

- vous traitez les commandes, les réclamations et les demandes d'information
- vous assurez le suivi du stock ;
- vous collaborez avec les autres départements pour garantir un service fluide et efficace ;
- vous mettez à jour les bases de données clients et assurez un suivi rigoureux des dossiers ;
- vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des processus et de la satisfaction client.
- ** Votre profil en tant que Customer Service Officer Français / Néerlandais est le suivant**:

- vous avez une excellente maîtrise du **français et du néerlandais**, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
- vous justifiez d'une première expérience en service client ou dans une fonction administrative similaire ;
- vous avez un bon sens du service, une capacité d'écoute et êtes orienté(e) solution ;
- vous êtes organisé et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
