Project Manager IT Security Infrastructure

**What can you expect?**:
The Project manager IT Security Infrastructure Systems provides Security System Engineering leadership support and contributes to the technical execution of information security activities.

**Mission description and responsibilities**
- Works together with team members assigned to projects tasks and operational activities associated with IT security risk management.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert around the long-term strategic plans for IT-Security that have been determined by IT senior management.
- Project planning, budgeting, tracking progress, and execution of plans. Plans, directs, and coordinates IT security activities of technology projects to ensure that all project goals and project lifecycle deliverables are accomplished, meeting and / or exceeding commitment to the requester/customer.
- Controls all elements of projects for the customer and the installation team through effective and consistent communication.
- Communicates project concerns and suggestions, both verbally and in writing, towards IT senior management and relevant governance bodies (e.g. steering committee).
- Supports procurement processes and policies. Manage and report on project financial performance.
- Establish, update, and maintain security processes and procedures in collaboration with team members and third-party vendors.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- At least 5 years’ proven successful project management experience in delivering IT Security projects and services as they relate to Information Security and protection of company assets.
- Proven experience in IT in financial sector
- Proven experience in IT training and coaching
- Expertise on PMP/PMI management processes and tools
- Working knowledge with Agile/SCRUM processes and tools
- Working knowledge on IT Infrastructure/Security/Engineering Projects:

- Good knowledge of architecture and IT infrastructure components (servers, network, storage, security )
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27*, CIS CSC or similar Cyber and/or Information Security Frameworks and SOC2, GDPR for Risk management of company assets.
- Knowledge of Security technologies: Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems), Secure Web Gateway, CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), CIAM (Customer identity & access management), MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
- Some Scripting skills (Java, Perl, Ruby, Python) is a plus.

- French / Dutch / English: at least 1 language with at least active knowledge is required. Native/Active in French / Dutch is a plus.
