Senior Project Leader - Security Projects (IDAM)
Help safeguard critical financial infrastructure by leading complex security initiatives in an international environment. We're looking for a seasoned Project Leader to deliver end-to-end Information Security projects, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IDAM).
**Location**: Brussels (Hybrid)
**Contract Type**: Freelance or Employee Consultant

**️ Languages**: Fluent English required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus

**Responsibilities**:
Lead delivery of major security projects (epics) from definition to completion
Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, IT, and business domains
Manage scope, budget, planning, risks, and issues with clear reporting to stakeholders
Oversee quality assurance, testing, and operational readiness before production deployment
Deliver post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
Drive IDAM-related initiatives, ideally including CyberArk infrastructure redeployment
**Requirements**:
10+ years of project management experience in large, complex organizations
Proven track record managing security or infrastructure projects (1,000-3,000 man-days)
Strong background in Identity & Access Management; CyberArk expertise is a strong plus
Experienced in PMI, Prince2, or Waterfall methodologies; exposure to agile delivery methods
Demonstrated leadership with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills
Solid knowledge of information security technologies, infrastructure, and processes
Fluent English; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
