**Essential Skills**:
- ensuring the complete management of projects from start to finish;
- be responsible for the business case, resource forecast, project budget and project planning;
- delivering high-quality, integrated and innovative solutions within the agreed deadlines and budgets;
- streamlining solutions to ensure business value and effective cost-to-serve;
- provide timely and appropriate reporting throughout the project life cycle;
- lead a project team consisting of various (internal and external) collaborators;
- enter into agreements with partner organisations and manage partner delivery performance;
- manage project relationships, stakeholders and third party relationships;
- actively participate in and contribute to the Project Management Community
- familiar with Cyber Security, Active Directory and Access Management.
- familiar with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and related management tools
**Desirable Skills**:
- knowledge of MS PPM and Power BI? experience with budget preparation, vendor and contract management
- experience with project management methods, practices and tools
- customer and result oriented
- a good communicator and facilitator
- security clearance level Secret or able to obtain it at short notice
