**Description of the function**

**OUR QUALITATIVE SENIOR RESEARCH MANAGER IS SOMEONE WHO...**:

- Develops standard and complex **proposals **independently and effectively **develops **ideas **, focusing on **client's business needs **. Leads alignment between cross functional teams.
- **Designs **, **manages **, and **delivers **standard and complex projects with **mínimal **supervision **; increasing **involvement **in the **management **and **development **of **clients **, people and the team; cultivates relationships for **business **growth **and works closely with the senior leaders to realize the business strategies:

- Creates **discussion **guides/screeners **independently: frames questions keeping in mind
the clients' business needs
- **Leads **the **communication **on **projects **, including leading discussions, updates, responding to queries and providing solutions
- **Interacts **with the **project **management **team **during set-up of the project and to **monitor **the **activities **as they progress; demonstrates effective **time **management**:

- Responsible for the **quality **and **accuracy **of **deliverables **, providing **intervention **and **training **as needed
- **Independently **manages and produces standard and complex **reports **focused on **insights **and **stories **from data
- Produces **multi-dimensional analysis and generates insights **and independently builds **recommendations **from data
- **Presents **independently **in the presence ofclient's senior management

**Profile description**
- **Master **degree**:

- Marketing, Economics, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology or equal
- **Proven research experience **as a **ResearchManager**:

- Significant **qualitative **experience **, is essential. **International **experience **is a **plus**:

- Well-acquainted with a wide range of **qualitative techniques and methodologies **, knows how and when to deploy each.
- Knowledge of **latest research techniques **, trends etc. would be an advantage
- An appetite for maintaining and growing **client relationships **through consultation, partnership and insight
- You love **performingresearch **; you have a **passion **for **delivery **excellentquality **research**:

- Excellent **client-facing skills **are vital, including the ability to deal with client requests in a confident and professional manner, and to **communicate **effectively with clients and suppliers at all ranges of seniority
- **Actively pursues opportunities **to improve and stretch the company offer, performance and client delivery
- **Intellectual **curiosity **, constructively challenges existing thinking, systems and processes and suggests alternatives and encourages others to do so
- Excellent **communication **in **verbal **and **written **work ( **English **). Any other language is a plus
- Advanced skills in **PowerPoint **are required
- Good **presentationskills **are **essential**
