For our client in Antwerp, an international player mainly focused on maritime container transport, we are looking for a claims manager. Are you interested in cargo insurance and claims follow-up? Do you have an affinity with maritime business? Then you might be the person we are looking for
**Description**
- Initiation and handling of international claims files
- Correspondence with global offices and clients
- Complete handling and interpretation of claims files
- Initiation and follow-up of claim files
- Invoicing of your own files
- Administrative follow-up of cargo insurance and follow-up of claims under this cargo insurance

**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor degree in Logistics Management or equivalent through experience
- You have affinity with / and interest in maritime business
- 2-3 years of experience in maritime claims handling is a plus
- You have knowledge of Incoterms and Bills of Lading
- You have a good knowledge (spoken and written) of Dutch and English, French is a plus
