Food & Beverage Supervisor (M/F/x)

**Your day to day**
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
- To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager & Manager.
- To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.
- To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
- To assist in the training of the employees.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**What we need from you**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality within an experience of team leading
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver and a real team leader. Attention to details is a must
- Speaks French and/or Dutch fluently and very knowledge of English
- Flexibility and punctuality
- Having a means of personal transportation is considered an asset
