**Your responsibilities**

For our client in
**Brussels**, Hays is looking for an enthusiastic
**Team Leader **to join their team. Within this role, you support and lead a team of three people, set goals and prioritize objectives for the team to reach. It is your job to mentor the team to ensure their skills and competences, but also to create an encouraging environment. You handle multiple other managerial tasks, such as reporting the systems, analyzing numbers & KPI’s and distributing them to the team, making decisions to solve problems or urgencies, training newcomers, and so on. Furthermore, operational tasks are also your responsibility. These include booking new policies and adjusting existing ones, preparing policy documentation, ensuring documents received from customers, updating the systems and platforms
**, and many more. **This is thus a very hybrid role that consists of both managerial and operational responsibilities.

**Your profile**

**“quality-over-quantity” mentality** to fill in this position as a Team Leader. You like to work in the department of legal documentation and get energy from it. Besides that, you feel comfortable working in a small team with different personalities. Next to that, you need to be very
**precise** with an
**eye for detail, and goal-oriented** in order to successfully reach the objectives. You are a responsive person and communication is one of your qualities. Furthermore, you do not mind reporting to and working with executives, giving and receiving feedback is not an issue either. You speak
**French** and
**English** fluently, Dutch is a big plus. Administrative work is no stranger to you. Do you have at least 2 years of experience in
**people management**, but also already in a
**high-level administrative role** and do you love to learn new things? Then you’re the person Hays is looking for

**The work conditions**

This company offers a very attractive salary with a full package of fringe benefits. You will have flexible working hours, 37.5h per week in total. You have the flexibility to work 1-2 days/week from home, depending on the needs of your team. You will be offered a
