FW4 is een hecht team van ervaren vrienden die met de weblepel zijn grootgebracht en dagelijks in hun moderne Leuvense kantoorruimte samenwerken aan iets moois. Met klanten van over heel de wereld en projecten van elke omvang zijn we ondertussen een vaste waarde op de Belgische internetmarkt. Terecht blijkbaar, want onze projecten worden met grote meerderheid zeer positief onthaald.
Het verhaal doet snel de ronde, want met lovende woorden van vrienden en kennissen in het achterhoofd wordt er steeds vaker en sneller op ons beroep gedaan. Wegens die exponentieel groeiende vraag zijn we op zeer korte termijn op zoek naar extra man
- of girlpower in ons team.
**Verwachtingen**:
- **Thuis in vele markten**: Heb je enkele jaren ervaring in hedendaags web design, alsook een zwak voor UI ontwerp, usability en branding? Dan ben je ongetwijfeld de geknipte persoon
- **Empathie troef**: De perfecte website is volledig gericht op zijn doelpubliek. Daarom zoeken we die ene slimmerik die zich moeiteloos kan inleven in de verwachtingen en wensen van anderen.
- **Een boontje voor gebruiksgemak**: Een mooie website is leuk, maar eentje die intuïtief en duidelijk is, die heeft pas echt potentieel. Als usability artiest zit je hier dus zeker op de juiste plaats.
- **Open van geest**: De ideale designer stuurt zijn werkmethode en stijl graag bij volgens de evoluties van de markt en technologie, maar is niet te snel afgeleid door hippe trends.
**Overige talenten en gaves**:
- Sketch is voor jou dagelijkse kost.
- Basiskennis van HTML en CSS helpt je het werk van jouw collega's in te schatten.
- Je durft al wel eens _nee_ te zeggen en alternatieven voor te stellen.
- Met illustratievaardigheden maak je alvast indruk op ons.
- Passie Studie, experimentjes en kruisbestuiving zien we graag.
**Voor wat hoort wat**:
We zijn geen beulen. Een fantastische werksfeer is voor ons een absolute topprioriteit, en daar zijn we terecht trots op. Verwacht een combinatie van gezonde vrijheid en prettig gestoorde collega’s. Gaande van een flauwe grap tot een diepgaande discussie over kwantumfysica, elke dag brengt hier iets nieuws. Vind je een klassieke bureaustoel maar ouderwets en werk je liever op een zitbal? Sure Welke kleur had je graag gehad? Heb je plots zin in een partijtje bowlen maar het is buiten toch wat frisjes? Ik geloof dat we nog wat flessen en een watermeloen liggen hebben.
