The purpose of the job is to ensure that the GPO Transport and Logistic function is managed in a professional and sustainable way including achieving the ambitious global growth goals of RISE 2030 and Go For Zero. This function aims to secure standardization and optimization over the end-to-end processes within P&T (Procurement & Transportation), across functional, geographical, and BU boundaries, while resulting in the creation of more efficient & effective processes. **Primary Tasks and responsibilities** - Project support: Be involved in projects in the activity area, provide process expertise support - Process improvement: Identify risks, inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions and mitigations to improve efficiency in alignment with business - Process design: Identify not mapped/new processes. Develop and design these new processes in alignment with business and/or project teams - Document management: Collect and analyze all existing transportation and logistics process documentation and structure and manage a document management system as standard solution - Workflow Analysis: Analyse, map and document processes. Identify areas for enhancement, optimization and automation - Technology support: Support digitalization initiatives with process design and development - SME: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, provide best practices and innovative solutions in software and operative solutions for the business and project teams - Bring alignment with key stakeholders in BUs on the process landscape - Compliance: ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards - Responsible at a global level to design efficient and effective best-in-class end-to-end processes - Strategy and Policy: Help business stakeholders to formalize and update strategy. Develop, update, and implement policies across business units. **Profile requirements** - Master's degree (economics, sciences, ) or equivalent by experience - Substantial professional experience in logistics and transportation (>10 years) in a multinational environment - Profound knowledge of global logistics and transportation processes - Deep understanding and knowledge of business process needs/mapping/documentation - Minimum 5 years of experience in process design, optimization, efficiency programs and project management - Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset - Sound IT knowledge and affinity. - Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or other process mapping software is required **Conditions** Full-time contract.
