**Robert Half is voor een klant op zoek naar een Sales Support Specialist voor een bedrijf in de regio Anderlecht.**

Onze klant is een gerenommeerd internationaal bedrijf actief in de consumptiegoederenindustrie. Ze staan bekend om hun innovatieve aanpak en sterke merkportfolio binnen diverse categorieën. Het team waar je deel van uitmaakt richt zich op financiële en commerciële ondersteuning met een sterke focus op samenwerking en efficiëntie.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Financiële ondersteuning:
- Beheer en analyse van facturen en verwerking van prijsclaims bij prijsverschillen.
- Aanpassingen en opvolging van contractuele condities in systemen zoals SAP en Visual Fabriq.
- Ondersteunen van trade pricing management en het controleren van de juistheid van contractvoorwaarden voor facturatie.
- Commerciële ondersteuning:
- Afstemmen van assortimenten, promoties en innovatieve initiatieven met klanten via portals.
- Opvolgen van promoties en effectieve inzet van winkelacties.
- Onderhouden van interne contacten met Key Account Managers en andere afdelingen.
- Administratieve processen:
- Scannen en archiveren van klantcontracten en het opvolgen van systeemwijzigingen.
- Redempties van promoties verwerken en ad-hoc ondersteuning bieden bij andere administratieve activiteiten.

**Jij herkent jezelf in onderstaande**:
- Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in financiële en commerciële ondersteuning en bent nauwkeurig in facturatie en administratie.
- Ervaring met tools zoals SAP of vergelijkbare platforms, en je bent leergierig om nieuwe systemen te leren.
- Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden voor het efficiënt oplossen van prijsclaims en het maken van rapportages.
- Uitstekende organisatieskills en een gestructureerde werkhouding, gecombineerd met een teamgerichte aanpak.
