Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als Security Officer garandeer je de veiligheid van klanten, reizigers en personeel op het spoorwegdomein.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je zal werken in de control room dat verantwoordelijk is voor de veiligheidsincidenten op het spoorwegdomein en de communicatie met andere veiligheids-, politie
- en hulpdiensten. Er wordt ook nauw samen gewerkt met het Railway Operations Center (ROC) en camerabeelden worden er gemonitord.Je hebt volgende taken:
- Je behandelt security-, safety
- en technische alarmen in stations, tunnels en gebouwen van NMBS en Infrabel.
- Je verwerkt telefonische oproepen gelinkt aan security en safety alsook oproepen van reizigers in de NMBS-parkings.
- Je volgt de camerabewaking op NMBS- en Infrabelsites op en maakt optimaal gebruik van deze beelden om oproepen en alarmen te behandelen.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma.
- Je bent in het bezit van een algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewakingsagent en het bijscholingsattest, een bekwaamheidsattest veiligheidsagent en een attest psychotechnisch onderzoek. Is dat niet het geval? Dan ben je bereid deze attesten te behalen.
- Je bezit een nationaliteit van een lidstaat van de Europese Economische Ruimte of van de Zwitserse Bondsstaat.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B manueel geschakeld.
- Je houdt van onregelmatige werkuren. Als Security Officer werk je volgens een onregelmatig uurrooster, ook in het weekend.
Je beschikt over onderstaande competenties:
- Je handelt diplomatisch en integer.
- Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en volgt de procedures en richtlijnen strikt op.
- Je werkt graag in team.
- Je kan om met stressvolle situaties.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt als operator in een callcenter, oproep
