**Who are we looking for?**
We’re looking for an independent and ambitious **Revenue Operations Manager **to celebrate wins and hit our ambitious growth goals.
As a Revenue Operations Manager you are responsible to oversee the processes, systems and data administration of the complete GTM (go-to-market) team, to make these teams successful in their day-to-day activities.. Your key activities and responsibilities are:
- Overseeing Go-to-market funnel
- Ensure all of our GTM systems & processes operate efficiently and scale according to our company growth plans
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Business Operations to ensure we increase data quality and the ability to derive critical insights
- Selecting, implementing, and managing GTM automation/enablement tools
- Manage and maintain CRM data
- Maintain the overall integrity of the revenue growth-related data
- Manage and maintain Dashboards / Reporting / Analytics to ensure accurate forecasting and data based decision making by management
- Work with leadership to develop organisational goals / KPIs
- Assist with onboarding new GTM team members
- Deliver KPI dashboards and data insights to reveal optimisation points in the lead to closed/won funnel
**Are you the one?**
You might be, if you fit the profile:
- Proficient in financial modeling, revenue modeling, sales approaches, and reporting
- Ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives
- Ownership of end-to-end process of tracking the GTM process conversion rate throughout the entire funnel.
- Track record of building reports that inform teams and management of historical and current performance of the GTM funnel, as wel as predictive dash-boarding.
- Tech-savvy : You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. You have experience working with CRM / Sales enablement tools tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.
