**Mission Description**:
As a member of the security services team, you will ensure that AXA’s information systems satisfy the security requirements necessary to protect the organization’s core missions and business processes and enhance security awareness throughout the IT organization

**Security Incident**:

- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, network intrusions and data breaches
- Conduct forensic investigations and analysis of security incidents, including analysis of phishing mails, security alerts of the SIEM and custom detection tools
- Work closely with other teams within the organization, to identify and mitigate security risks
- Develop and implement incident response procedures, and provide guidance to other members of the organization on security best practices
- You have a high degree of responsibility for the coordination of cyber incidents that are being reported by internal or external sources, including: prioritize incidents, identify key people in relevant teams, send notification alerts to key stakeholders, perform incident analysis, document analysis findings, share and discuss information with team.
- You provide recommendations to mitigate incidents in the future.

**IAM**:

- Help detect critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) security issues, get an overview of the technical situation and provide guidance and advices to fix the issues.
- Implement and monitor the Key Performance Indicators for the Access Management Service.

**Your Profile**
- ** **Good knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory.
- Familiar with IAM tools (SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk ).
- Experience with security incident response tools and techniques, including forensics and/or malware analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner
- Strong knowledge of security technologies and tools, such as SIEM, EDR, EPP, intrusion detection and prevention, firewalls,
- Experience with scripting languages: Python & PowerShell
- Experience with query languages (Kusto Query Language)
- Experience with the administration of Linux systems
- Familiar with cloud security concepts
- Passionate about security monitoring, digital forensics, incident response, threat intelligence
- Security certifications are a plus.
