**Wat kan je verwachten van de job?**:
Een bedrijf uit Lummen is op zoek naar een **Key user** voor de implementatie van een track & trace systeem voor de afgewerkte producten.

Je rapporteert in deze rol aan de productiemanager en je bent lid van het track & trace projectteam.

**Jouw takenpakket**:

- Je ondersteunt en lost dagelijkse (data) vraagstukken op rond T&T systemen, samen met jouw collega - key users.
- Je bouwt gedetailleerde proces-, data
- en systeemkennis op.
- Je leidt en initieert procesverbeteringen

**Daarnaast zal je als Key User T&T ook instaan voor volgende taken**:

- Je zorgt ervoor dat de printprocessen ‘live’ blijven
- Je begeleidt externe en interne leveranciers
- Je geeft training aan nieuwe gebruikers van het T&T systeem (operator, technici, coaches, VSM, logistiek,...)
- Je begeleidt de aanvraag van de juiste hoeveelheid T&T codes in overeenstemming met het productieschema

- Technische achtergrond om het toepassingsgebied en relevante koppelingen te begrijpen
- Analyse van gegevens om problemen op te lossen met betrekking tot het productieproces
- inzicht in elektronica om te werken met camera’s en printers
- interesse in IT en basiskennis van netwerk concepten en terminologie
- operationeel en procesmatig inzicht om de impact van T&T op productielijnen en de logistieke flow te begrijpen
- ervaring als teamcoach / supervisor is een mooie plus
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden op alle niveaus en je bent een echte bruggenbouwer tussen stakeholders
- Duidelijke communicatie met externe leveranciers en je treedt op als een lokale problemsolver
- een constructieve en positieve benadering met een diplomatieke houding en een eerlijke communicatie
