We employ about 2200 people in various production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Mexico, Brazil, Czechia, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.Currently we are looking for an IFS Finance Business Analyst Finance in Lummen (Belgium):In this position, you will play a key role in enabling the business to implement and maintain cost-efficient technology solutions that streamline and enhance financial processes. You will design and document finance-related business processes within IFS, translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of delivered IT solutions.Additionally, you will provide day-to-day support, helping the business community make the most of these systems and ensuring they drive real value across the organization.Your responsibilities: Responsible for the global replacement of the current consolidation system and upgrading to the latest version of IFS.Work closely with business teams across all departments to gather and understand business requirements.Lead design sessions to prototype innovative solutions that improve financial business processes, operations and information flows.Coordinate with development teams to configure or build financial business applications.Develop and maintain test scenarios and validate that IT solutions meet business needs.Analyze the effectiveness of existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.Create user manuals and training materials and provide training to staff on both processes and tools.Define functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.Your profile: Skills and competencies:Master or Bachelor Degree in IT;Result oriented and strong analytical capabilities;Attention to detail and able to work independently;Willing to travel and visit subsidiaries throughout the world if needed.Experience:Minimum of 3+ years' of proven experience in a similar environment;Knowledgeable in finance business processes;Experience with financial applications is a must, preferable in an international environment;Experience with IFS financial module;Excellent written and communication skills in Dutch and English.More information?
