Job title: ITAM - Service Now Business AnalystLanguage: English, FrenchLocation: Belgium (Remote)Duration: Long Term AssignmentJob description:As an ITAM - Service Now Business Analyst, you will:Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and enhance the user experience.Analyse and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to increase efficiency.Define and refine asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting processes within ServiceNow.Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.Assist with testing activities and create detailed documentation.Present findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:3+ years as a Business Analyst, including 1+ year in ServiceNow implementations with HAM expertise.Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, data integrity, and reporting.Skills in analysing large datasets and defining workflows.Experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and translating business needs into technical requirements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and customer-facing experience.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, adaptability, and troubleshooting skills.Fluency in English and French (B2+) and familiarity with ServiceNow certifications is a plus.
