Hier kom je terecht in een vlakke organisatie waar jouw input en ideeën écht gewaardeerd worden.Wat ga je doen?De brug vormen: Als business functioneel analist ben je de essentiële schakel tussen de operationele kant van de organisatie en IT.Analyseren: Je identificeert en analyseert de behoeften van de organisatie en eindgebruikers, en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare business- en functionele analyses, die als basis dienen voor technische analyses.Workshops organiseren: Je faciliteert workshops en hanteert diverse technieken om de juiste informatie te verzamelen.Modelleren: Je modelleert de verkregen informatie volgens gangbare analysestandaarden zoals UML en BPMN, aangepast aan de voorkeur van de klant.Agile werken: Je werkt met user stories en hebt ervaring met Agile en Scrum binnen deze context.Wat breng jij mee?Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als business of functioneel analist.Proactieve instelling: Je hebt een "Can-Do" mentaliteit en neemt graag initiatief.Analytische vaardigheden: Je beschikt over sterke analytische en conceptuele denkvaardigheden, en uitstekende soft skills.Zelfstandigheid: Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt prioriteiten stellen en deadlines halen.Taalvaardigheid: Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend en spreekt ook een woordje Frans.Wat bieden wij jou?Inspirerende werkomgeving: Je wordt onderdeel van een bedrijf dat jouw ideeën en inbreng waardeert.
