Job Title: Business Analyst / Functional AnalystContract Duration: ASAP - 31/12/2026Location: Schaarbeek, BelgiumWork status: HybridLanguages: Dutch and EnglishDescriptionContext/contexte :As product owner Digital Services Client, you will work within an agile team on the development and further expansion of digital projects within CM, more specifically, setting up a Virtual Assistant / Chatbot within MyCM-App. You represent the business perspective in these projects, gather information from various parties and translate it into concrete requirements.You work together with the development team according to the principles of agile working, more specifically according to the Scrum method. You will work together with the designer(s), developers, tester(s) and analysts to realise the digital roadmap.Enjeu/bet :Experience in setting up a Virtual Assistant / Chatbot / AI is an absolute mustYou preferably have a master's degree, or equivalent through experience.You have a clear interest in web and digital projects, and you quickly get used to digital applications and programs.You are analytical and critical by nature. You question solutions.Working with different parties and the resulting restrictions does not scare you.You can quickly familiarise yourself with new material.You can set priorities.Je bent stress-resistant.Customer focus is a guiding principle in all your work.Experience in product ownership, or, in general, with digital projects, is a must.Quality of delivery is your top priority.You keep the global overview and can delegate.You speak English and Dutch fluentlyResponsibilities :Vision and strategy around the application or projectYou look at similar applications within other organisations, inside and outside the sector.You follow developments and look at possible future developments of the application.You look at all this within the context of CM's existing digital strategy, and you also take this into account.You know KPIs and know how to set and follow up on them.Representation of the customer's interestYou collect information from other services within and outside our organisation (e.g. membership, Worry, ...)You keep internal customers informed of developments.You consult with other product owners.You look at the impact of changes in the light of your internal customers and prepare them for them where necessary.You keep the end user (= the CM member and, in some cases, non-CM members or CM employees) in mind and ensure that the solution is user-friendly and meets their needs.You do UX research to know the needs of the end user.Determining the business requirements and following up on the product backlogBased on the business requirements, you will develop user stories that the agile team can work withYou coordinate the testing of the solution and pass on the full feedback to the development team.You take responsibility for making decisions together with the team and determining the order in which the product backlog is included.You ensure clear communication with the team so that everyone is on board with the objectives and requirements of the projects they are working on. This also includes providing a clear description of the items, so that the project team understands the items from the Product Backlog.You take care of the follow-up and maintenance of existing projects.Follow up and collaborate with the agile teamYou follow up on the functional analysis and give feedback to the functional analyst.
