Role: Business AnalystLocation: Brussels (Fully Remote)Rate: FlexibleContract Length: 18 MonthsSenior Business Systems Analyst (Payments)We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong payments experience to support the delivery of business-critical payment systems in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit and document payments-related requirements from business stakeholders and product ownersDefine and refine user stories, functional specifications, and system requirementsTranslate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for payment platformsAnalyse end-to-end payment flows and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport UAT and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business needsAct as a key interface between business and technology teamsEssential ExperienceProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in payments environmentsStrong understanding of payment processing (cards and/or account-to-account)Experience working on enterprise financial platformsSolid SDLC knowledge (Agile / Waterfall)Excellent stakeholder communication skills
