Job Title: Business AnalystJob Type: B2B FreelanceLocation: Brussels (The candidate must live within 2 hours of Brussels)Day Rate: €400 per dayWe have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a long term B2B freelance role for the European Commission in Brussels. The role will be based 2 days per week in Brussels & the remaining 3 days working remote (The candidate must live within 2 hours of Brussels)The ideal candidate will have the skillset:Good knowledge of information systems mattersGood knowledge of large-organisation administrative business processesGood knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entityrelationship model, etc.)Good knowledge of software development methodologies (examples: RUP, Agile)Good knowledge of Jira and ConfluenceStrong capacity in preparing and writing business analysesTasks will include:Analysis of business requirementsAnalysis of business and stakeholder feedbackManagement of feedback, including follow-up with stakeholdersDevelopment of documents describing project requirementsDevelopment of documentation for all stakeholders, from business to technicalModelling of business processesAnalysis of functional requirements and business casesDocumentation of existing systems by updating their business casesMake sure the business requirements are implemented correctly in the existing IT systemsDrafting of user-documentation manualsRisk analysisThe daily rate for this role is a maximum daily rate of €400 before tax.Are you ok to relocate to Brussels?Have you worked as a freelancer before?Would this role be of interest?If so, please can you send me your up to date CV and availability to start via Linkedin ASAP
