Type: B2B Freelance Contract Location: Brussels (Onsite)Contract Duration: 220 daysStart Date: ImmediateRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business and Requirements Analyst (11–15 years) to support a large-scale IT/business transformation project. The analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are captured, validated, and implemented effectively.Key Responsibilities• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews.• Develop and validate use cases with business teams.• Provide input for data modelling and business process modelling.• Support testers in designing test cases and validating results.• Collaborate with developers to ensure clear requirement translation.• Liaise with software providers to manage business requests.• Train business users on newly implemented software.Required Skills & Competencies• Strong expertise in UML, BPMN, business process modelling, and data modelling.• Solid knowledge of information systems, software development methodologies, and Agile frameworks.• Experience with large organization administrative processes.• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).• Familiarity with tools such as Balsamiq, ARIS, Atlassian suite, GitHub, ServiceNow.• Knowledge of PM2 and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Certifications (at least one required)• BPMN 2.0, OCEB, UML Professional, BABOK, ITIL 4, PM2, or Agile Certified Professional (IIBA).
