Business Analyst – Clients & Data (Energy Sector)We are currently looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Clients and Data for a 12-month contract with a major energy player based in Liège. This is a key role within the Process Management department, focused on optimizing the customer journey and marketing processes.The RoleYou will act as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that customer-facing processes are efficient, documented, and measurable. Your mission involves taking projects from initial scoping through to data-driven dashboard design.Your ResponsibilitiesProcess Mapping: Document AS-IS and target TO-BE business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.Workshop Facilitation: Lead sessions to identify business needs, clarify objectives, and resolve organizational bottlenecks.Data Analysis: Identify key data points for process measurement and collaborate on the design of analytical dashboards.Project Scoping: Gather and formalize business requirements for new initiatives impacting client processes.BPMN Integration: Ensure all documentation follows BPMN standards and integrates into the enterprise process map.Profile RequirementsExperience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst, specifically in writing processes and operating procedures.Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working within a DSO (Distribution System Operator) is mandatory.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP (IS-U, FI, MM, or SD) and Business Warehouse (BI) tools.Tools: Proficiency in MS Visio or Signavio for BPMN modeling.Language: Native-level fluency in French (C2) is essential.Soft Skills: Ability to simplify complex organizational issues and strong workshop facilitation skills.DetailsStart Date: March 2nd, 2026.Duration: 12 months (initial).Location: Liège (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Contract: Freelance
