These projects require experienced freelance Business Analysts who understand the realities of retail operations and can translate business needs into practical solutions.This is a hands-on role, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors across core retail functions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements across retail operationsWork closely with stakeholders in merchandising, supply chain, pricing, sales, and store operationsTranslate business needs into clear functional and process documentationSupport process optimisation and operational efficiency initiativesAct as the link between business teams and technical delivery teamsSupport system improvements and integrations including ERP, POS, CRM, and reporting toolsFacilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and validation meetingsEnsure clear communication throughout the project lifecycleRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within retail environmentsStrong understanding of retail processes such as order to cash, inventory, pricing, promotions, and supply chainExperience working on transformation or system improvement projectsComfortable working with both business and technical stakeholdersStrong documentation and communication skillsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar is a plusFreelance status with availability for on-site or hybrid work in BrusselsContract DetailsFreelance contract, 6–12 monthsHybrid working modelCompetitive market rates depending on experienceStart dates across the next 4–8 weeks
