You will work closely with business and IT teams, contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems within a global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Senior Business Analyst within HR transformation initiativesFrame, analyze, and specify requirements related to SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY) and S/4HANAContribute to the implementation and evolution of SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and ESS/MSSLead and support analysis for HR Support & Service Management (HRSSM) toolsWork on workflows, interfaces, and integrations between HR systemsSupport testing activities, data migration, cutover, and hypercareCollaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external partnersRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with SAP HR / SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY)Solid knowledge of ESS/MSS and related workflowsExperience with SAP S/4HANAHands-on experience with interfaces and integrationsGood understanding of HR Service Management / HR Support toolsExperience working in international and complex environmentsFluent in EnglishNative or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch (mandatory)Nice to HaveExperience with SuccessFactors Employee CentralBackground in large-scale HR transformation programsPrevious experience in consulting or global delivery projectsEqual Opportunity: GBT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
