Dynamism, enthusiasm and social development are all valued at ACENSI, allowing our clients to benefit from consultants with a true blend of talents.ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Functional Analyst / Business AnalystMain ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of Local Business Needs: Identify and formalize operational requirements specific to the Belgian business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure template solutions align with business objectives. You challenge requirements to make them fit the current implementation of our system, as far as possible. You review the content and make suggestions on how it can be aligned with already existing templates.Structuring Configuration Requests: Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation, on which the template design can be based.System Usage Optimization: Explore best practices and leverage existing system capabilities and existing template to optimize template usage.Collaboration with Business Units: Work closely with business teams and the IT Delivery Squad Inbound Outbound to validate configurations, support implementation, and maintain compliance with global and local standards.Documentation and Knowledge Transfer.Template Development and Integration: Design, develop, and maintain templates for inbound and outbound customer communication, integrating with various systems and supporting the transition to unified tools.Incident Management and Continuous Improvement: Proactively detect and resolve issues, provide both temporary workarounds and structural solutions, and document procedures for future reference.Security and Compliance: Follow up on infrastructure and security tasks.Key Skills and CompetenciesExperience in application development/template design, integration, and configuration management.Strong technical knowledge, including Windows development, security, and risk management.Ability to communicate clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences, including colleagues, management, and external partners.Quick learner, proactive in sharing knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.Flexible and solution-oriented, able to manage incidents and think strategically for long-term improvements.Proficiency in English and Dutch or French.Strong understanding of security concepts and agile methodologies.Team player with a sense of ownership and a focus on business objectives.
