You will work closely with business and technical teams to design robust data models, build high-impact dashboards, and ensure data is accurate, secure, and efficiently processed across the organization.Your responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize data models to support business and strategic needsBuild, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insightsWork with large datasets, ensuring performance, scalability, and responsivenessOptimize data transformations using Power Query, DAX, and SQL best practicesUse Databricks for data preparation, transformation, and modeling to support BI solutionsWork with cloud data platforms such as Azure and/or AWS to support scalable BI architecturesImplement and manage data security (RLS/OLS) to ensure the right access for the right usersApply analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends and opportunitiesContribute to BI standards, governance, and best practices across the organizationSupport continuous improvement of data quality, consistency, and trustworthinessWhat you bring:4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar roleStrong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design and performance optimizationAdvanced skills in SQL and DAX, with a focus on efficient calculations and queriesHands-on experience with DatabricksExperience working with Azure and/or AWS environmentsProven experience in tabular models and high-performance analyticsSolid knowledge of data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling)Experience with role-based security (RLS/OLS)Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approachExcellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear insightsLanguages: English & French and/or DutchWhy join Exsolvæ?Work on impactful, data-driven projectsCollaborate with experts in an innovative and learning-driven environmentContinuous professional development opportunitiesHybrid work model with flexibility between remote and on-siteCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
